A Knowledge-Grounded Neural Conversation Model

task-oriented 방식에서 fully data-driven방식이면서 slot filling 없이도 정보가 더 포함된 답변을 생성하는 대화 모델을 제안한다.

해결하고자 하는 문제점

1. 기존 end-to-end 방식은 외부 지식에 접근하지 않는다.

2. non-conversational data(wikipedai, book reviews, restaurant reviews) 에 대화에 필요한 정보들이 포함되어 있다.
